With this in mind we accept a number of payment methods including debit/credit cards, paypal, Zip pay and Temple and Grace gift cards. We also accept payments via bank transfer and cash. A: No, we do NOT charge any interest or fees. We've made the process of buying jewellery online or in-store easy and simple. You can buy your favourite jewellery pieces by paying just 25% advance. We will call you when your jewellery is ready for dispatch and that's when you can pay the balance 75%. If you would like to spread your payments over 6 months, that's possible too. However, please note that we will dispatch your jewellery when you have made the payment in full.
Q: How can I return my purchase for an exchange or refund?
A: Being Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide based Master jewel-smiths means that we pay attention to the minutest detail. Every piece of jewellery is made with extreme levels of care and passion. We offer a free exchange or 100% refund anytime within 100 days for any jewellery that you buy/order from the website if it has not been used or customised. However, please note that customised jewellery pieces cannot be exchanged or returned as these have been crafted specifically to your requirement. Engraving is considered as 'customising a ring' and hence engraved rings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Jewellery that is not customised can be returned anytime within 100 days from the date the order is placed. Please note that we will NOT accept returns for used jewellery. Jewellery should be returned in brand new original condition with the packaging supplied.
